Where is the (fabled) Combined Help Collection Manager?

This is one of those things that you almost never go looking for but when you need it you NEED it.  The Visual Studio .NET Combined Help Collection Manager.  It allows you specify which help collections appear in Visual Studio.

I needed it because the help files for the Oracle Developer Tools were not showing up.  Problem was I couldn’t find the configuration page ANYWHERE.  You’d think that it would be in your start menu with the rest of your VS.NET and MSDN Help shortcuts.  Nope.  (Well, at least not on my page.)

Anyway, you access it by opening up the help for Visual Studio and pasting the following URL into the URL box:

ms-help://MS.VSCC.2003/VSCCCommon/cm/CollectionManager.htm

There you go.  Hopefully, this saved you some time and hunting.
