Since my last public Scrum class was a success, I decided to schedule another one. I’ll be running the Professional Scrum Foundations (PSF) course – also known as “Professional Scrum for Teams” – in Cambridge, MA on February 24th & 25th, 2014. (registration info)
This 2-day course prepares students to effectively use Scrum through a combination of hands-on exercises and lecture. Rather than coaching teams back from a poorly functioning Scrum implementation, the PSF exposes the common missteps, increases awareness of the associated symptoms, and provides prescriptive guidance to avoid getting off track. In short, you’ll be getting your hands dirty doing Scrum in the course so you know how to do it and can avoid the pitfalls.
